To prepare for your wall to wall carpet cleaning, we ask that you remove all small items from the floor, vacuum, remove items from the furniture that you would request   us to move and separate pets from the workspace.

We apply  an appropriate liquid detergent, concentrating on the heavily soiled areas of the carpet, agitate and rinse with hot water and strong suction. You may walk on it if necessary but during and after the process, until it is thoroughly dry, you must exercise caution when stepping from damp carpet onto any hard floor surface as your feet will pick up moisture from the carpet which can cause your feet to slip when they contact the hard floor. 

Until the carpet has been rinsed, there is a chemical present that will be virtually eliminated during the rinse process. The carpet may be considered safe for pets and children after the carpet has dried. The drying time is normally 24 hrs. or less, but will vary based on various conditions such as:  level of soiling, air flow, temperature and humidity.
